Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VeinBoost.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at veinboostinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, used, or missing packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VeinBoost cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at veinboostinfo@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made items
