1. General By accessing and using veinboost.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. VeinBoost is operated by VeinBoost Slovakia. Contact: veinboostinfo@gmail.com.

2. Products We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Prices and Taxes All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT in accordance with Slovak and EU law. VeinBoost reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. VeinBoost is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content on veinboost.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of VeinBoost and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability VeinBoost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Slovakia. EU consumers also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
