Shipping Policy
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Slovakia: 3–4 business days
- Neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine): 6–7 business days (may vary by destination)

Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over €27
- Orders below €27 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout
Order Availability Delivery times apply to in-stock items. If a product is unavailable or backordered, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
